- Account & profile. Name, email, phone (if provided), role, and organization.
- Usage data. Interactions with the Services, session events, feature usage, timestamps.
- Communications. Messages you send to us (support, feedback) and their metadata.
- Device & technical. IP address, device type, browser, OS version, crash logs, diagnostics.
- Cookies & similar tech. For authentication, preferences, analytics, and safety.
- Care context (optional). Info you or your organization choose to add to coordinate care (e.g., notes, tasks, routines).

- Your conversation, to respond and to keep context during your chat.

- Usage signals, to improve quality and safety. We aggregate and de-identify data for analytics.
